How does collaborative dialogue help people grow, change and heal?
By deeply listening and asking questions, I facilitate a way for you to understand what it is that is holding you back. When we listen with compassion, we open up more ways of seeing ourselves, others, and the situations we find ourselves seemingly locked into. As new ways to move forward open up, we also see that we have choices in our life. When we are heard, we can understand ways that we view life that keep us stuck.
By learning how to listen to and learn from our emotions, we find out what is most deeply cherished and what we may have lost from our lives that we need to regain.
